2002 BMW Z8 finished in Titanium Silver with Black Hide. Just under 25,000 miles from new and complete with V354 FMP registration, as seen in The World is Not Enough.
The BMW Z8 is based on the Z07 Concept that was revealed at the 1997 Tokyo Auto Show, eventually being put to production in 2000. Although a totally new design, the Z8 did take much inspiration from the iconic 507 from the 1950s.
Sharing its power-train with the E39 M5, the Z8 is equipped with a 4.9-litre V8; potentially one of BMW's finest, capable of producing around 400 bhp and a 0-60 time of sub 5 seconds.
Although it did share the engine with the M5, the Z8 remained a breakthrough concept for the brand, mainly through its aluminium space-frame chassis construction, placing it firmly at the top of the product range.
The car that we are offering is believed to be the last UK car supplied in 2002, finished in Titanium Silver complete with Black Nappa Hide. The car is presented in absolutely fantastic condition, covering less than 25,000 miles and complete with hard top.
The fame of the BMW Z8 can obviously be attributed to its staring role in the James Bond film, the World is Not Enough, where Pierce Brosnan used a Z8 as his prime method of transport. The car we are offering is benefits from wearing the actual number plate that was used in the film, being V354 FMP and is included in the sale of the vehicle.
Considering its age, the BMW Z8 remains a stunning car both to look at and drive and when coupled with its Bond Car status, is set to be a fantastic car to own in the long run.
